Tasting Notes

Nose

Roasting pineapple, buttery croissant straight out of the oven. Just sublime. Allen's banana musks, and the raspberry jubes. Cocoa dust and Maltesers. Vanilla custard, with a hint of pine forest. Deep malt, in the beautiful form of sweet biscuits… Reminiscent of a Reposado Tequila, with soft licorice root after some air.

Palate

Beautiful, beautiful texture. Ripe pineapple, confectionery pineapple, and roasting pineapple, the whole kahuna! Apples and a fruit salad! Milk bottles and vanilla musk. A light and bright herbal note, like celery leaf.

Finish

Excellent transition rolling in with a wave of tropical fruit and round texture. Loads of canned peaches and stone fruits galore. Milk chocolate, and a thick lactic note. Deep vanilla, and the softest hint of earthy leather. Very, very lengthy.
