Great gift idea, beautifully boxed and presented
Great service. I ordered several whisky box sets and some were on back order. I received a phone call to discuss the timeline and the expected delays. It was only a few extra days and I'd ordered ~6 weeks before needing the box sets, so no issue. The initiative in their customer service to give a simple phone call was exceptional.
Everything came boxed and packed with extra styrofoam bubbles to ensure it was not damaged, delivered to my door. I will be purchasing through the Wine Providore again in the future.
What a special present to get it receive with the personalisation.
Love it!
Thank you for the extremely prompt turnaround from order to receiving the gift. The service was exceptional. The gift package was just as I ordered and looked fantastic. Thank you for a premium service.

Great service from William. Highly recommended
I have purchased twice for two different occasions. Both orders were handled and delivered promptly. Both executed precisely and very well done. Packaging was excellent and delivered in perfect condition. Extremely well received by recipients. I have now found my go to gift for special occasions.

Amazing gift
No gift box provided though, just poorly wrapped , not quite $10 worth
It was so nice to be able to personalise a gift of a bottle of rum!
Beautiful label, perfect engraving. Fast delivery
The bottle was absolutely perfect and stunning. My friends really loved it ❤️.
My son enjoyed my 20 year old Graham's port whilst in UK so sent this 30 year old for his birthday at home in Oz. Much enjoyed was the response. Can't afford a 30 year old for myself so enjoying what is left of my 20 year old Graham's port
Sent as part of a birthday gift and declared as enjoyed by recipient and spouse
