This limited release, Clover Hill Brut Ros? is crafted via extended skin contact of Pinot Noir to extract a soft, pink colour and reveal a highly expressive bouquet of rose petals and red strawberries. The Clover Hill 2017 Vintage Brut Ros? is crafted according to traditional methods. Fermented in the bottle, this wine is aged on yeast lees for at least 40 months, ensuring the complexity and intensity that is the hallmark of Clover Hill Wines.

Medium salmon/copper hue. 100% pinot noir is an exciting new twist for a house built resolutely on chardonnay. The affable mood of this variety delivers fresh, defined pomegranate and red cherry fruit, contrasting with the cool tension of Piper's River in strawberry hull and pink grapefruit. Fine phenolic/tannin bite brings firmness to the finish, which the toasty depth and creamy complexity of lees age go some way toward softening and calming.
