Urgent Orders:

For urgent orders, please contact us at hello@wineprovidore.com.au to arrange complimentary priority dispatch. We also offer express shipping option (see below). 

We also offer next business day courier delivery for our Sydney metro customers. Please contact us to let us know if you would like to take up this option.

Shipping Timeframes:
 
Please note we are not able to provide shipping guarantees as Australia Post does not give us any certainty due to the many variables they may face, we can only provide estimates based on recent shipments.
 
Standard Shipping should be between 2-3 business days to most Eastern States but can take longer if there are unforeseen circumstances. You can get an estimated delivery timeframe by clicking Australia Post Current Shipping Timeframes and enter Alexandria 2015 in the 'From Suburb' text box.
Express Shipping - You also have the option of express shipping ($45 for 1 standard box), generally 1-2 business days. 

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to most residential or business addresses, Post Offices or PO Boxes

How much is the delivery fee? 

For standard non-corporate orders, delivery is $15 flat rate per order within Metro areas in NSW. For interstate delivery (within Metro areas) is $18 per order. However, free delivery applies to orders over $250. 

For corporate orders, additional arrangements may be required to ensure that the packages are delivered in line with expectations. To obtain a shipping quote for your corporate order, please contact us at hello@wineprovidore.com.au

How long does delivery take?

For NSW (within Metro areas), it takes up to 2 - 3 business days.

For interstate delivery (within Metro areas), it takes up to 3 - 6 business days depending on the destination points. 

For Country / remote area, it takes up to 5 - 9 business days depending on the destination points.

How will I know that my parcel has arrived? 

You will need to provide your email at point of purchase be given a tracking number that enable you to track your order via Australia Post App from your mobile. 

What if I am not available when the order arrives?

If you are not available when your order arrives, you will be provided with a card to collect your order from your local post office or an alternative pick up location.

You have 10 business days to collect your order from your local post office. After 10 days, it will be returned back to our warehouse in Sydney.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, we will require our customer to sign for delivery. Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age, you will be provided with a card to collect your order from local post office.

Can someone else collect my parcel for me?

Yes, you will need to authorise the person to collect the parcel. They will need to bring their photo ID (over 18 years old), your order number and collection card when collecting the parcel.

 

Can I get a call before delivery?

Unfortunately, our driver is always on the road and will not be able to give a call to arrange delivery.
