LARK LIMITED RELEASE SHERRY AGED SHERRY FINISHED II SINGLE MALT WHISKY 500ml 50.8% Sherry Aged & Sherry Finished II was created in the mirror image of our 2020 Sherry Aged and Sherry Finished which was awarded Gold and 95 points (out of 100) at the highly regarded International Wine And Spirits Competition 2020 Our second Sherry Aged & Sherry Finished Release is a ‘Triple Sherry Cask’ inspired by some of the world’s most famous sherry bomb. Nose: Wonderfully full, sweet, and aromatic. Dried figs, glace orange slices, tiramisu, roasted hazelnuts, and chocolate covered candied ginger. Palate: Sticky sherry and sweet spiced oak. Juicy muscatels and honeyed almonds immediately followed by a burst of fresh salinity and bright grapefruit acidity. Finish: Finish: Long, warm, and woody. Raisins, candied peel, dark chocolate, and old saddle leather.
