The Falls Sauvignon Blanc 2021 12pack 13% 750ml

Fruit was picked in the cool of the morning to retain natural acidity. Following destemming, a cool fermentation in stainless steel spent on lees allowed the wine to gain complexity and mouth feel whilst still retaining freshness. The wine was racked and bottled.

Sourced from scenic vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, The Falls echoes sensations of regional serenity; crisp morning air, birdsongs from treetops and speckled sunlight on dappled rises. This fruitful Sauvignon Blanc sings of citrus, cut green apple and hints of passionfruit.

Not much of a drinker but i know what I like to drink & I truly enjoy drinking The Falls. It’s my choice of Sauvignon Blancs fot its light, fresh & fruity flavour.
