Jennifer is a limited-release collaboration with Tasmania's iconic whisky distillery, Sullivans Cove.

Combining the quality of Sullivans Cove's new-make spirit with our award-winning botanical recipe, it's the first time two trophy winners of the World Gin Awards and World Whiskies Awards have come together to create a unique hybrid spirit.

Jennifer is delicious, with rich malt character combined with fragrant citrus and fresh juniper flavour. It's been built for cocktails and works effortlessly as a substitute in both gin and whisky classics. We love it in a Highball, a Jenny Collins or a Martinez.

TASTING NOTES
Rich malt and spice on the nose, coriander and juniper mingle with toasted cereal and warm spice. On the palate, pine and fresh coriander extend into opulent oiliness stretching into notes of a spicey cinnamon scroll and warming pepper berry. This perfectly balanced hybrid style celebrates fragrant juniper and a luxurious malt character.
