78° Better Gin uses juniper, coriander, lemon myrtle, blood lime and pepper berry resulting in a complex yet clean gin with eclectic citrus tones, a little spice, that is also herbaceous and earthy. But what your drinking is more than that. 78° Better Gin is part of the distillery’s Purveyor of Better initiative to “do Better in your venues, at home and in our local communities in line with the four elements of ‘Crafted for Better’ – quality, sustainability, local produce & community connection.” On top of sustainable production efforts, sourcing local ingredients, and hiring local workers, a portion of proceeds from 78° Better Gin sales go directly to charitable and community organizations such as CoVid-19 Employee Assistance Directive to provide meals to unemployed hospitality workers during the pandemic.
