Booker Noe, the big man of Jim Beam, a sixth-generation master distiller. While others rejoiced to drink bourbon at age 21, Booker was thrilled to start making the stuff. We can say that Booker Noe was born to bourbon.

Booker's Bourbon was originally bottled as gifts to his close friends and family. The first batch of 1000 cases was released to the general public in 1988. Inspired by a 200-year-old tradition, Booker's is bottled uncut and unfiltered.

Each batch varies in age and proof because reaching Booker’s standards is a mix of art, science and Mother Nature.

Taste: deep and complex flavours of vanilla, nuts and oak.

Aroma: Robust vanilla and caramel notes; slightly smoky.

Finish: Long and full; perfect for easygoing sipping.
