PALATE
The palate is bright, vibrant and long with beautiful tannins.
VINIFICATION
Each variety was picked and fer- mented seperately. 100% de-stemmed with and fermented on skins for 14 days. Pressed to old Puncheons and Amphoras.
MATURATION
Matured for 12 months and bottled.
