Very fine, fruity (apples, peaches), forward varietal aroma.

PALATE

Vibrant, lively, grapey flavour, light to medium- bodied, with a fresh mouth-watering finish.

VINIFICATION

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation on the fine lees for at least four months.
