Estate-grown fruit was harvested early in the morning and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit freshness and delicacy.
VINTAGE NOTES
A wet winter, followed by a cool spring meant perfect flowering. Controlled irrigation in the cool growing season with a hot finish resulted in healthy and plush canopies.
