Since 2012 they've brought us single malts inspired by nature and the thriving local brewing culture. All their whiskies are made from 100% Northwest two-row pale malted barley and ale yeast. Every single wash has been brewed in-house since 2015 and fermentation takes place over a long time at a low temperature. Spicy, bright, fruity whiskey.
