WESTWARD AMERICAN WHISKEY CASK STRENGTH 62.5% 700ML

Single malt reimagined. Brewed first as an artisanal American pale ale from scratch using locally malted barley, ale yeast and slow, low-temperature fermentation. Distilled twice in custom low-reflux copper pot stills designed to transform the flavourful ale into whiskey. Then matured in new, low char American Oak barrels and mingled in small batches to achieve Westward's signature balance and boldness.

Aromas of toasted almond, graham cracker and black pepper. Flavours include sesame, tobacco leaf and cacao, with a honeyed, deep fiery malt finish.
