Located on the golden stretch of Seppeltsfield Road in the heart of the Barossa Valley, Whistler Wines was established in 1997 and is now in the hands of the 2nd generation, Sam Pfeiffer. Whistler’s 15 hectares of vineyards operates completely under organic and biodynamic practices and all of the wines are vegan friendly due to the fact that no fining takes place during the winemaking process.

Deep crimson with inviting fruit aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and dark cherry. Hints of spice rack, pressed flowers, olive tapenade, licorice, dried herbs, blackcurrant leaf, earth and summer berry compote. There's some nice freshness on the palate, an appley acid brightness that tempers the black fruits, lending line and a bit more clarity, finishing long and bright with blackcurrant and cassis.
