Nick Spencer is the youngest winemaker to win the Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy, a Len Evans Tutorial Scholar and Young Gun of Wine finalist. He was also a finalist in Gourmet Traveller Winemaker of the Year. Nick Spencer wines are produced from mature vineyards in some of New South Wales oldest regions. All wines are vegan friendly. This is a Gris focused on freshness. A palette of citrus shades, Nashi pear and jasmine. Almond blossom and candle wax is providing sweet perfume. It flows gently but fleshy with the texture of lemon curd and nutmeg spice. It peaks with white pepper, grapefruit grip and wet stones. It’s fresh like grigio set in a thick gris frame. Very smart.
