On the nose, the deep gold and brassy Overeem Port Cask is intense aromatics with fruit chocolates, caramel, butterscotch, Turkish delight, crème brulee, plum pudding rum soaked raisins and a hint of cider. On the palate, it is creamy texture, sweet with delicately spicy, fruitcake, caramel, liquorice & sweet malt.

Founded by Casey Overeem in Tasmania, the distillery began as a family-owned and operated distillery has now joined Lark distillery and Forty Spotted Gin in the heart of the Coal River Valley. The distillery boasts its culture in the pursuit of excellence and has produced a range of premium whisky, a new world whisky crafted to rival the old.
