APPEARANCE
Brilliant, clear, straw yellow with a red shimmer.
VINIFICATION
Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a small part in contact with stems an dskins.
MATURATION
On the lees in stainless steel tanks for approximately 4 months.
REGION NOTES
Rocky and sandy soil with a high concentration of limestone. Selected vineyard sites in the southern part of the Alto Adige appellation, 230 - 420m above sea level.
