Our travels to Southern Japan & the scenic Okinawa Islands.

Tasting Notes: 

Sweet floral and vine fruit aromas are followed by piney juniper and subtle spice flavours with a lovely returning sweetness on the finish.

Botanical Profile: 

Juniper and coriander seed, accented with dried apples, fig, spices, hibiscus flower and lemon.

Production Method: 

Single shot, pot distilled, the gentle hue of this spirit is achieved by maceration with hibiscus flowers post-distillation.

Serving Suggestion: 

On ice or with soda or tonic and a slice of lemon for a sweet & floral delight.
