Emerald Finger Lime Harvest Gin is the latest release from our Harvest series, shining a spotlight on native Emerald Green Finger Limes by producers Mark and Vickie of Marvick Native Farms.

Grown in the coastal air of Western Australia and individually picked by hand  Emerald Green Finger Limes are native to Australia and renowned for their iconically vibrant pearls and citrus flavour.

This rare and beautiful native citrus creates a gin with heady aromas of makrut lime zest, (also known as a kaffir lime, a citrus fruit native to tropical Southeast Asia) yuzu and powerful peppery pine.
