Deep gold & pale amber.

Aroma
Clean citrus notes of grapefruit and orange blossom lined with a firm fresh Mediterranean spice and Negroni, the backbone evokes a ripe and persistent stone fruit and clean nectarine.

Palate
Bright minerality and savory acidity supported with a firm multilayer fruit density showing concentrated blood orange, pink grapefruit and fresh spices of wild thyme. The finish is silky and poised with clean liquorice notes in the back palate.
