Aged for 10 years, this expression is distilled in Kentucky and brought down to bottling strength in New York with water from the Widow Jane mine in Rosendale. Every bottle is drawn from a single barrel, so alongside its core flavour profile, each one will have unique elements coming through. The much touted Widow Jane mine water is a key ingredient here, so much purity and depth of flavour. Flavour is a really feature - salted caramel, earthy vanilla and dried cherries and brown sugar on the finish.
