Our Moore’s Creek wine range takes its name from the spring-fed creek that runs from the Brokenback Range and through our HVD (Hunter Valley Distillery) and Casuarina vineyards in the premium Hunter Valley wine appellation of NSW Australia.

VINIFICATION
The Moore’s Creek Chardonnay is a modern take on traditional Chardonnay style. Harvested slightly earlier to maintain natural acidity and freshness, the wine received minimal oak and was matured on yeast lees to gain extra texture and complexity.
