The Irishman Cask Strength 2022 is a limited edition release of 6,100 bottles, bottled at 54.9% ABV. This whiskey is a blend of triple distilled, single malt, and single pot still whiskey, matured in specially selected ex-bourbon casks. The nose features notes of honey, stone fruits, toasted oak, and vanilla cream, while the palate offers rich flavors of spiced apple pie, caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, and dried apricots. The finish is long, warming, and beautifully balanced with soft oak and lingering sweetness.
