An exploration of cask influence from The Dalmore. This whisky was aged first in bourbon casks before being parcelled into in three separate cask types: cabernet sauvignon wine, and Matusalem and Apostoles sherry. The spirit was then recombined and rested before bottling. This is a fruity spirit with notes of ripe and dried grapes alongside liquorice and chocolate.
