Produced at NOM 1480 by the Montes family in Amatitan, Jalisco, this small-batch anejo is built from 100% organically grown, single-estate blue agave and aged 18 months in used American oak barrels. The collaboration between filmmaker Taylor Steele and the Montes family brings a fresh creative vision to a deeply traditional craft, resulting in a tequila that is both authentically rooted and strikingly modern.

NOSE

Sweet cooked agave opens first, followed by toasted almonds and a gentle lift of baking spice.

PALATE

Eighteen months of oak aging deliver cooked agave, chestnuts, and caramel, with a beautifully integrated finish of orange, light smoke, and maple wood.

FINISH

Soft and smooth up front, with a satisfying spicy, tannic kick that lingers at the very end.
