An excellent rum from Barbados, aged for 10 years before bottling. A wonderfully designed bottle, containing a wonderful rum packed with juicy fruit, nutty spice and lingering floral elements.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR:
Clear, honey gold but with tiny dark particles in suspension.
NOSE:
Spicy cooked red appled with vanilla, raw pastry, thyme and old oak wardrobe.
TASTE:
Slightly sweet, warm spicy (cinnamon, nutmeg) cidery roasted apple and caramel.
FINISH:
Woody toffee apple, creamy vanilla and milk chocolate with lingering spice.
