Rising Bad Earth Rosé 2021 6pack 13% 750ml

Each component was picked and vinified separately. The Shiraz and Cabernet components were directly pressed to tank whilst the Pinot Noir spent some maceration time as stomped whole bunches before pressing. Fermentation took place in stainless steel for Shiraz and Cabernet and in barrel for the Pinot Noir. The components were blended just prior to bottling.

Sourcing small premium parcels of fruit from emerging varietals in the vineyard, Anthony's aim is to produce wines of beauty and clarity that are surprising yet authentic. Free and unrestricted in his winemaking approach and with a philosophy of minimal intervention, each wine is allowed to express fully its origins.
