Appearance
Pale rose colour.
Aroma
Notes of peaches, honey and red berries.
Palate
Dry and light on the palate it has a pleasant refreshing touch and a nice aromatic persistence.
Region notes
Both vineyards are in the western part of the Island, Syrah in the Salemi area at approximately 300m above sea level and Moscato in the Castellammare region.
Food matching
To be enjoyed at its best as an aperitif, with smoked fish or with light lamb dishes
Vinification
Grapes are soft pressed at 15C° then the two musts are blended, static sedimentation at 5C°, fermentation in inox vats at 15C° for approximately 20 days.
