TASTING NOTES

Aroma: warming aromas of sweet dried spices, notably cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg humming over the sweetness of orange marmalade, fresh vanilla bean and dark caramel.

Palate: golden syrup, star anise and an earthy, ginger spice, leading to roasted notes of raw cacao.

Finish: dry and lingering with a tingle of black pepper and liquorice.

Serve suggestion: neat over ice or mixed with ginger ale.
