TASTING NOTES
AROMA
Fresh black raspberry, blood plums, pink peppercorns and pepper berry.
PALATE
It has gentle plush tannins and fine acids. Super fresh and vibrant shiraz, its fruit carries to the mid palate and has a pretty quick finish.

Since the beginning, we’ve pushed the region towards its full potential, challenging and exceeding our own benchmarks along the way. Our signature methods embrace the new and draw inspiration from the past, borrowing from traditional European techniques. Layered with insight and experience, we’ve refined our processes to produce a high standard of wine recognised by casual enthusiasts and international critics alike.
VINIFICATION
Made up from 8 vineyards across the Canberra Region. Handpicked. 30% Whole bunches added – the balance de-stemmed whole berries. Cold soaked in 1.5 & 3 tonne open fermenters for 5 days. Fermented for 10 to 14 days. Some parcels having an extended maceration.
MATURATION
Matured for 10 months in a range of high-end French barriques from the Allier and Troncais forests. 25% new oak - balance 1-4 years.
