AROMA
Classic Gewürztraminer characters of pretty lychee, delicate rose and citrus fruit with polished Turkish delight.
PALATE
These powerful flavours balanced seamlessly with a zesty quartz acid line and bone dry finish.
VINIFICATION
Harvested using a selected destemming harvester during the 22nd early morning of February from the Estates Western vineyard at 12.3 ºBe. Treated reductively in the winery with only free run juice with an extraction rate of 550L/T. Cold settled, clear juice was racked clean into stainless steel for cool fermentation. Fermented through to dryness.
