Michel Couvreur Whisky Overaged 43% 700ml

The Overaged Malt Whisky is a vatting of Scotish single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from day 1 (not a simple finish, but whole maturation in quality PX casks).
It has been reduced to 43% alcohol by volume.
EYE: beige amber tint.
NOSE: fragrance of dried flowers, flaxen tobacco, sherry wine, fat almond, a little smoked.
PALATE: fruity, powerful and long in the mouth.
Aimed at a balance between new pure young malts and fathomless maturity of older ones.
End of mouth: sherry roundness enhanced by a slightly smoked.
