With flavours of cut herbs, ripe fig and white pepper, fine texture and mineral acidity our GV is a delicious food friendly wine that has also demonstrated a capacity to develop wonderful depth and complexity with age.
Winemakers comments
In 2005 we planted Australias first Gruner Veltliner vineyard at Lark Hill and produced the first wine in 2009. Such has been the phenomenal success of this wine that we have extended our plantings to Dark Horse Vineyard.
