The Jim Beam White Straight Bourbon is the most famous whiskey from the American state Kentucky doubled, so that the whiskey spends four years in new casks. Those casks are made of American white oak and were treated with fire. The charring opens the structure of the wood and caramelizes the wood sugar.

The history of the Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey started with a German family that settled over to America in the 18th century. The family name of Böhm was changed to Beam and the production of whiskey started in 1795.

Since then, many decades have passed and today it is already the seventh generation of the Beam family watching over the spirit production.
