Gekkeikan Daiginjo Yamada Nishiki is made with Yamada Nishiki rice, often known as the “KING OF SAKE RICE” for its quality and the flavor it imparts on the sake. With the rice painstakingly polished to only 45% of its original size, this daiginjo is delightfully aromatic.
