El Tesoro Anejo tequila is one of the last remaining tequila's that are produced using exclusively traditional production methods. From estate grown agaves, to brick hornos and tahona extraction El Tesoro has it all. Further, El Tesoro isn't watered down to it's final bottling ABV, it is distilled to proof meaning what you taste has not been diluted in any way. The taste of El Tesoro Tequila is full and true to the Weber Blue Agave.
AROMA: On the nose, Sweet agave, butter, oak and caramel. A fruity/floral note that is interesting. TASTE: On the palate, lots of clean, sweet cooked agave, with butterscotch and cinnamon. A little heat but not too much, very thick and full bodied BARREL: American oak ex-bourbon barrels 24-36 months. ENJOY: Slowly, sipped and savoured. Simply delicious
