Plantation O.F.T.D is a one-of-a-kind overproof rum from Maison Ferrand in collaboration with 6 rum experts: Jeff Beachbum Berry, Martin Cate, Paul McFadyen, Paul McGee, Scotty Schuder and David Wondrich. made with Barbados 2 - 5 year rum, Jamaica and Guyana 1 - 2 year rums, and a proprietary 10 year Jamaican rum. A rum to stand out in tiki cocktails, intense and precise, with notes of caramel cream, vanilla and plum with a long, bold finish. 

TASTING NOTES

Color: Rich red mahogany

Nose: Intense and very precise notes of coffee, orange, plum, jam and truffles

Palate: Bursts with caramel cream, chocolate and vanilla notes. Continues on with cinnamon, raisins, nutmeg, oak and molasses with smoky accents. Final long and lingering with dark chocolate. clove and caramel
