Cambridge Distillery Japanese Gin is 42% ABV and produced in the UK, blending juniper with 5 traditional botanicals from Japan - yuzu, sesame, sansho, shisho leaf and cucumber, creating a light floral gin with a sweet, soft palate and a crisp, savoury finish.
