Brookie's Byron Slow Gin 26% 700ml
Cape Byron Distillery, the home of Brookie’s Gin has released their latest edition, Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin. Made in the style of the traditional English ‘sloe’ gin, the Davidson Plums are steeped in Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin for several months, allowing time to weave its magic.
The Davidsonia Plum is considered the jewel of the rainforest, indigenous to northern NSW and south-east QLD, packed with an array of vitamins and minerals, is a true a bushfood delicacy.
Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin is created over several months from macerating the Davidson Plums in Brookie’s gin and finally blended with Mount Warning Spring water and bottled at 26% ABV.
