Amelia Park Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 14.5% 750ml
James Halliday -97 Points, Cabernet can be so exciting when it walks the tightrope between ripe/succulent/supple and herbaceous (fresh garden herbs, with sprinklings of Margaret River salt bush). This is everything we expect from the perfect 2018 vintage: concentrated ripe cassis, raspberry, pomegranate and red licorice. The acidity is bright and salty and punched deep into the fruit. The oak, wherever that is, is completely, seamlessly integrated. A triumphant wine. Bravo. Erin Larkin
