The Isle of Jura Red Wine Cask Finish is an Isle of Jura single malt matured in American white oak ex bourbon barrels followed by a finish in red wine casks. This Jura was bottled in the Cask Edition series at 40% ABV.
Nose: sultanas, creamy caramel, forest fruit and a hint of heather honey
Palate: raspberries, strawberries, creamy vanilla and cinnamon
Finish: well balanced with a lot of berry aromas
Alc. 40%
