Matured in unique oak casks from the local forest of Brittany, then transferred into sherry butts; This double maturation brings out the richness of its aromas and adds smoothness and character to this expression.

Maturation: Breton oak casks, then sherry butts for a second maturation.

Nose: Delicate balance between fruity notes (lemon, pears), vanilla and spices.

Palate: Soft and smooth, the complexity of the whisky develops with spicy and woody notes. Nice Volume.

Finish: Spicy and lightly smoky.
