Tasting Notes

NOSE: Powerful, with a fine balance between fruitiness and pastry. The notes of exotic fruit and almond croissant are enhanced by a hint of vanilla caramel.

PALATE: Lively citrus on approach. Then the roundness emerges with an explosion of fruit and maple syrup

FINISH: Very long and fruity, with a hint of pepper
