It has a lovely golden appearance with gleaming undertones. On the nose, it's light, with honey, malt, and sweetness notes. The welcome sweetness is overpowered by the harsh warmth of alcohol, making the palate quite rough. On the finish short, spicy, and warming. A great first dram for whisky newcomers best enjoyed neat.
