The Poor Toms Strawberry Gin is steeped in fresh strawberries, young ginger and hibiscus flowers. These ingredients impart their bright, lifted flavours and aromas and create the gins beautiful pink hue. Then, the late addition of intensified cardamom and cubeb pepper distillates helps to elevate the delicate sweetness of the strawberry. Unlike many flavoured Gins, this is bone dry, no sugar is added. Its best mixed in a gin and tonic, makes a cracking rosé negroni and an even better strawberry gin martini.
