Estate grown fruit picked in the early hours of the morning. Fermented in stainless steel which preserves fruit freshness and delicacy.

Vintage notes
A dry Winter and very cold Spring, followed by warm Summer days meant slow ripening and a late Autumn harvest from healthy and plush canopies.
