Two Hands was founded in 1999 with a mission to showcase the diversity of Australian shiraz to the world. They are shiraz specialists, producing shiraz from 6 different Australian regions and 6 single vineyards. Owner of 100 acres of vineyard in Barossa’s Western Ranges planted to 11 different clones and 22 different blocks monitored with cutting-edge sap-flow monitoring technology that has reduced water use by almost 50% since implementation. Traditional winemaking approach, allowing the fruit to be the hero. Barrel classification process is implemented with team rating wines in barrel from C to A++. French oak is used exclusively. Independently owned, young, and dynamic. The wines are vegan friendly. Has appeared 13 times in Wine Spectator’s Top 100; a feat not equalled by any other winery, and a James Halliday 5-star rated winery. Sustainable Winegrowing Australia certified.

Deep, dark and inky in the glass. Heady aromas of dried herbs, plum, mulberry, bramble, licorice and iodine. Opulently flavoured, dark fruit driven, plush and mouth-filling. The tannins are structured and firm and the acidity does well in delivering balance and cut to the lush palate.
