TASTING NOTES
PALATE
Bold, ripe and succulent texture that is fresh and lively, dense and powerful, with blackberry, mulberry and blackcurrant flavours in the mid-palate and a finish that is intense and long. It is generous and fleshy, ripe and full-flavoured and such delicious drinking at a young age.
MATURATION
The wine is matured in French oak barriques (45% new) for 18 months.

93 Pointsout of 100.
A blend of shiraz (90%) and nero d'Avola (10%). A vibrant and juicy red of red and black berries, sweet fruitiness, woody and earthy spice elements, salted licorice piquancy and pleasing bitterness. It has this softness to texture but also a little plucky, blood orange acidity to lift things, the perfume likewise just a touch of citrusy vibrancy in the more berry- and spice-orientated aromas. It offers up a fine, faint trim of sandy tannin too. Lots to enjoy here – a fun, pure, joyous drink.

95 Pointsout of 100.
Very bright, deep purple-red colour, with similarly bright youthful and fresh aromas of banana esters, red cherry and raspberry, the wine turning deliciously juicy on the tongue with crisp acidity lifting the sweet berry fruit, and fine, subtle, powdery tannins providing the backing. A vibrant young red that drinks well early and should also age well.
