Balvenie: whisky made using rare crafts and time-honoured methods. They’re not only the sole Scottish Highlands distillery to still grow and sow their own barley for malting, they also operate one of the few working floor maltings left in Scotland. Their whiskies are aged up to 50 years and each expression is unique, but all are rich, smooth and distinctively honeyed.
